Anita Hittinger, Director.  Anita is a member of the National Association for the Education for Young Children and the American Montessori Society.  She received a B.A. degree from Purdue University and American Montessori Society credential in Early Childhood Education from MECA in Chicago.  Anita brings nineteen years of teaching experience to the program and twelve years as a preschool director.  Her love for children is also reflected in her lifelong involvement in children’s ministries, countless years teaching Sunday School and Vacation Bible School.  Anita and her husband have two grown sons.

Tim Hittinger, Teacher.  Tim is the youngest son of director Anita and is pursuing a degree in social science with minors in English and Philosophy.  He received paraprofessional training in Early Childhood Education from MECA in Chicago. Tim has taught two years at RLMS.  He and his wife, Julia, run the Day Camp at RLMS.  Tim enjoys sports, music, martial arts, and  sailing.
